Or use energy=hc/lambda . . .

if u r talking abt blue light and red light we cant speak abt hotness bcoz temperature is bulk property of molecules...if u r heating a body, the body emmiting blue radiation is hotter than a body emitting red radiation...we can tell this using WEINS DISPLACEMENT LAW which says the temperature of a body is inversely proportional to the wavelength of radiation emitted

Bodies at all temperatures has an emission spectrum called as black body radiation. As the temperature of the body increases the maxima of spectrum shifts towards lower wavelength or higher frequency. Therefore blue emitting black bodies are hotter than those emitting red.

We can use wein's displacement law since wavelength is inversly proportional to temperature.blue is hotter than red

one qsn ,from the above discussion,i understood that the body which is more hotter radiates high frequency radiation enegy .Then is the blake hole warmer or colder?

blue is hotter than red.. yes.. becozz its wavelength is less..n hence has more energy then red... useing E=hc/lambda u can prove it..... we even have a practical proof for this fact... the star BETELGUESE which is blue in color is much more  times hotter then SUN of RED GIANT STAGE... which is red  in color.. same phenomenon...
